Due to the rare and individual nature of each piece, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and included insurance, based on the value of the gold. This cost is built into the product price.

Once an item has been dispatched, Pilbara Sun Gold is no longer responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
